Billing is explicit and reversible
Recurring billing uses Stripe-hosted Checkout and the Customer Portal. NetworkPilot grants plan access only from signed webhook state—never from a browser redirect—and customers can update or cancel without contacting support. MSP plans use controlled onboarding while client access and branded-delivery settings are reviewed with each provider.
