NetworkPilot is operated by PilotSuite LLC. These policies are written for the NetworkPilot service and its authorized security assessment workflow.
Delete in the app
The fastest deletion path is available in the NetworkPilot mobile app. Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete account and data, review the impact summary, and complete the confirmation.
NetworkPilot revokes account access, removes workspace memberships, deletes workspaces and security evidence owned by the account, and cancels any subscription directly attached to that account.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the mobile app, email pilotsuite.admin@pilotsuite.design from the address associated with your NetworkPilot account. Include the words “NetworkPilot account deletion” in the subject.
We will verify control of the account and complete valid requests within 30 days. We will never ask you to send a password, API key, or payment-card information.
What deletion covers
- the NetworkPilot authentication identity and active sessions;
- personal profile information and workspace memberships;
- owned client workspaces, authorized assets, and monitors;
- owned scan history, findings, evidence, and reports; and
- the active billing customer profile and subscription.
Deletion is permanent. If an MSP account owns client workspaces, all evidence in those workspaces is deleted unless ownership is transferred before the deletion request.
Limited retention
PilotSuite LLC may retain limited billing, authorization, security, abuse-prevention, dispute, and transaction records when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement. Retained records are restricted and are not used to restore access to the deleted account.
Additional details are provided in the NetworkPilot Privacy Policy.
